Hey Babes, please take note of the training details below:
Training Starts: January 17, 2022
Training Ends: February 7, 2022 (Class on Friday 1/21/2022 is canceled because Saudia will be at a funeral) that is why the last day will be on Monday 2/7/2022)
Training will be held 3 X a week for 3 week
AM EST. Time and Weekdays: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5:30 am – 6:30 am
PM EST. Time and Weekday: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Choose a training time that is convenient for you. Due to the nature of this class and the material given to attendees, there are no refunds.
You are required to have the equipment listed below:
- Resistance booty band (Light, Medium, or Heavy)
- Dumbbells (10-30lbs) OR heavier
- Kettlebells (10-30lbs) OR heavier
- Yoga mat
- Bench OR chair with 4 legs
- Sweat Band (optional but recommended)

This training is for beginners, Immediate and advanced level.
