If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please email with any questions or concerns you may have.

Unfortunately, full price and sale items cannot be refunded.

Defective Items

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information within 2 days of receiving products.

Unless a member of the support team has verified proof of damage, we cannot activate a refund, credit or exchange.

Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified immediately. Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time, and we don’t always require the faulty item back.

International Orders & Customs

Please review your country’s Importation Regulations carefully before placing your order, as we are not responsible for items refused by Customs under their prohibition policies. Rates may vary depending on the location, the weight of items ordered, and the delivery address. Customs International orders/shipments may be subject to Customs fees or taxes charged by the country in which your order is delivered. We have seen these fees range from 0% – 50%. is not responsible for paying fees charged by Customs or the rate charged by Customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the Customs fee. If you refuse to accept your package at Customs due to high Customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at Customs. If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back to our PO Box, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge to send the package back to us. International orders/shipments may be subject to possible opening of inspection of goods by Customs officials in the country of delivery. is not responsible for orders that are held up at Customs, damaged by Customs, or refused entrance by Customs due to this process. is not accountable for reshipping orders that are refused at Customs. If Customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from Customs, we can issue you a refund for the order In the event the package is not returned to us by Customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue you a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost

Damaged Item Refunds

  1. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after checking the item.
  2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  3. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.



  1. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
